Learning difficulties or English as a second language is not an issue here at Macca’s Industry Driver Training as we have a combined industry experience of over 50 years in which we have helped many individuals’ overcome obstacles to reach their goals and aspirations.

William (Macca) McMillan

Trainer/Sales

I started the business in 2015 at my home in Waiuku. My driver training started in the military where I served for 20 years.

I now focus on WorkSafe forklift training, Hiab, Class 1, Street Talk Defensive Driving, Caravan and Motorhome Theory and Practical Training.

I enjoy the interaction with our clients and meeting prospective clients.

Gene Tuatini

Trainer/Assessor

Joined Maccas Industry Training in 2019. Learning and achieving qualifications as a trainer / assessor. Following my qualifications I was appointed Director / Share Holder of the business.

Thank you to Macca ( Poppa) who believed that I could take the business to the next step of my journey.

I am dedicated to the growth of the business and working alongside an awesome team and we pride ourselves on our service to all our customers.

Lanice McMillan

Sales & Marketing

I have come from Apparel Retail, Duty Free, Civil Construction & Earthmoving/Health and Safety and the Building Industry.

My background experience and knowledge has been in corporate management with a focus on customer service and now I bring my skills, experience and knowledge to Maccas Industry Training in Sales and Marketing.

My role includes:

To manage Pipeline under CRM system
Involved in Website / Initiatives / Branding
New business – Meetings. Company events.

Office Administrator

Newest member to the office

My responsibility’s as Office Administrator is help ensure the smooth and efficient running of our office here at Maccas, Within my role I’m managing the Communication with you on your inquiries and maintaining the constant efficiency with you from the beginning of your qualifications to future upskilling. I’m also managing accounts and receivables.

Coming from a corporate Events and Business Partner role I enjoy working with all customers and our suppliers. I strive to make sure your experience here at Macca’s Industry Driver Training is 5 star and as smooth as possible to help you succeed within our courses.
